The Challenge:
K.A. Drake needed a marketing tool to introduce their personalized home care services to seniors and their families. In the healthcare sector, trust is paramount. The challenge was to organize dense service information—ranging from medication management to companionship—into a format that felt approachable, professional, and comforting, rather than clinical or overwhelming.
The Solution:
I designed a tri-fold brochure focused on "Person-Centered Care" and dignity. A key priority was Accessible Design; I utilized high-legibility typography and clear hierarchy to ensure readability for an older demographic (AODA awareness). I curated a visual tone that emphasized connection and independence to ease family anxiety, while structuring the information to clearly define services like overnight care and medical appointments without losing the warm, human-centric aesthetic.
